After going through a good bit of growth and an acquisition, a company had to move away from using Microsoft Office products and small business tools to manage its business.  Information was stored in various ways, and a growing number of administrative aides were required to make things even appear manageable.  We helped by creating outlines for software requirements and data management.  Aside from paving the way for growth, the process also created a foundation for a new level of financial and operational reporting that provided real- time results and helped management maintain a clear view of their business operations.
